These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, services, and any written or verbal engagement between you (“the Client”) and NEWGEN Automation Pty Ltd (ABN 46 674 785 981) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

2. Scope of Services

NEWGEN Automation provides commercial door installation, automation, and consultation services to clients in the construction and development sector. All services are subject to written agreement and will be confirmed through a formal quote, scope of work, or service contract. Use of this website or communication does not establish a formal service relationship without a written agreement.

We reserve the right to modify or refuse services where the site or project requirements fall outside of our capabilities, licensing, or safety standards. Contact us for more details.

The Client assumes responsibility for the use of any advice, designs, or recommendations provided outside of written scope given by NEWGEN Automation.

6. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes are valid for a minimum of 14 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing is based on the information provided by the Client. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project conditions, material costs, or timelines materially change.

We do not accept liability for changes due to inaccurate site information, delays caused by the Client or third parties, or conditions beyond our control.

7. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required prior to commencement of any works or security of product. All invoices must be paid in accordance with the terms stated (typically 7–14 days). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

8. Warranty

We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty on installations unless otherwise specified. Product warranties are governed by the manufacturer’s terms.

General warranty exclusions include:

  • Improper use or client interference

  • Third-party installations or damage

  • Environmental damage (weather, water, pests, etc.)

  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty specifications and coverage details will be provided upon request or included in your formal quote.

9. Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NEWGEN Automation Pty Ltd, its directors, and contractors against any claims, costs, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • The Client’s breach of these Terms

  • Unsafe work conditions or access issues

  • Third-party claims resulting from the Client’s use or mismanagement of our work

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.

11. Changes to Terms

NEWGEN Automation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on this website.
